She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Richard Jucik; her children, Carol Jucik and Michael Jucik (Sharon); her grandchildren, Martin, Anthony and Jillian Jucik; her parents, Aloysius Kubicki and Caroline; and her siblings, Donald Kubicki (Jeri), Alan Kubicki (Diane) and Nancy Moore (Bob). She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital or South Suburban Humane Society.
