He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy L. Johnson Sr. and Helen Johnson (Lomprez); his son MonDell Johnson II; his grandson William Johnson II; and his brothers, Carl Johnson, Roy L. Johnson II, Everett Johnson and Jack Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Johnson; his children, Willie Johnson (Shawn), Brad Johnson (Jennifer) and Missy Lee (Mark); and his brothers, Frank Johnson and Jerry Johnson (Diana). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Middletown American Legion.
Memorial donations may be made to the family and will be accepted at the funeral home.
