She was predeceased by: her parents, William and Helen Anderson Sr. (Rogers); her son Roger Armstrong; and her siblings, Bill, Bob, Abe "Bud", Ben, Lem Anderson and Flora Tibbs.
She is survived by: her son James "Chuck" Tibbs (Valerie) of Middletown, IL; and her sister Maryetta Rogers of West Hoff, TX.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Elsie's name to the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 672.
