He was predeceased by: his brothers, Duane "Pete" Boyer, Dean Boyer and Kenneth "Goody" Boyer. He is survived by: his wife Annie Boyer (Altman); his children, DiAnne Boyer (Glen Aukamp), Michael "Mike" Boyer (Tracey) and Richard "Rick" Boyer (Mary); his grandchildren, Ashley Boyer (Brian), Matthew Boyer (Kelsey), Megan Basecke (Neil), Melanie Boyer (Martin) and Michelle Boyer; his great grandchildren, Bryce, Brinley Boyer, Henry, Eleanor and Evelyn Basecke; and his sister Joyce Horney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Logan County Fair Association or to Middletown Fire and Rescue and will be accepted at the funeral home.
