She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Skelton and Mabel Skelton (Wilson); and her husband Donald T. Frakes. She is survived by: her children, Christina Walker (Joseph), Jaime Williams and James Williams (Anna); and her siblings, Dick Skelton, Jackie Poole, Rusty Skelton, Carol Renfro, Tim Skelton and Kelly Hoffert. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family and will be accepted at the funeral home.
