With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David N. Shoemaker of Middletown, Illinois, born in Jacksonville, Illinois, who passed away on May 9, 2021 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Shoemaker and Frances Shoemaker (Boyd); and his son Joshua David Shoemaker. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Shoemaker (Destiny) of Lewistown, Samantha Shoemaker (Jacob) of Mason City and Noah Shoemaker; his grandchildren, Serenity, Josie, Ivy, Sierra and Johnnie; and his siblings, Bonnie DeFord of Chandlerville and Len Shoemaker of Hankamer, Texas..

Memorial donations may be made in David's name to the 1st Baptist Church of Greenview or Washington Street Mission.
