With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Ann Madigan of Michael, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 24, 2021 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandchildren, Eliana Madigan, Rafael Anderson, Kiara Madigan and Max; her parents, Raymond Frelk and Teresa Frelk; her father-in-law Jack Madigan; and her godmother Evelyn Matteson. She was also cherished by seven children, three grandchildren, and many many nieces and nephews and very dear friends.
