He is survived by: his wife Karla Greene Windhorst; his children, Heather Kay McGinnis (Myron), Jonathon Windhorst (Brittany Burns) and Casey Windhorst; and his grandchildren, Rebecca, Carter, Piper, Hyalea McGinnis, Madelyn, Ava "Gracie" and Hayley Windhorst. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
