He is survived by: his sister Jane Lewis (Dick) of Merritt Island, FL; his nephew Troy Lewis (Michelle); his nieces, Teresa Blair (Tommy) of Cocoa Beach, FL and Sharon Blasdel (Mike) of Metropolis, IL; his great-niece Cassie Crosby (Blake); his great-nephews, Brenen Blair of Houston, TX and Keanan Blair of Orlando, FL; and also Ryder Crosby.
