She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Von Dernedde and Malinda Trantham (Hutcheson); her stepfather Floyd Trantham; her husband Earl W. Lewis; her son Terry Michael Lewis; her granddaughter Ashley Lynn Gilbert; and her great grandchild Brock Aden King.
She is survived by: her children, Malinda Gilbert (Russell), Gary Lewis (Debra), Susie King (Larry), Shelly Kommer (Mike) and Bettie Stoner (Danny); her grandchildren, Jenifer Bunting (Billie), Chad Lewis (Jessica), Cale Lewis, Brandon King (Erin), Amanda King, Daryl Kommer, Blakely Stoner (Lindsey), Dalton Stoner (Christina), Bryan McManus (Lindy), Jason McManus (Christina) and Justin McManus; her great grandchildren, Emilynn Bunting, Hudson Lewis, Holden Lewis, Lydia Lewis, Kole King, Ethan King, Ava Kommer, Myles McManus, Josey McManus, Cameron McManus, Hunter McManus and Aubry McManus; her brother Jack Dernedde (Sally); and her siblings-in-law, Danny Lewis (Cheryl), Norma Jean McNichols and Hazel Lewis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
