She is survived by: her children, Dawn Willis (John) of Metropolis, IL., Kevin Wayne Richard of Dixon, IL. and Lesley Neal Richard (Cheryl) of Brackney, PA.; and her siblings, Danny O'Neal of Dixon, IL. and Bonnie O'Neal of Fancy Farm, KY.. She is also survived by Eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
