He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ragain and Lillian Ragain; his brother David; and his stepbrother Paul Meyer. He is survived by: his brother Scott (Martina); his nephews, Luke, Benjamin and Nathan Ragain; his stepmother Bonnie Ragain; and his stepsister Terry Fick.
