He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hayes and Earleen Hayes; and his siblings, Mary Suzette Parker, Sharon Moss, Hazel Kathleen Moss, Joe Moss, Homer Moss and Melvin Randy Moss.
He is survived by: his sister Janet Hastings (Kenneth); his close friends, Sonya and Sam Query; and his sister-in-law Becky Moss. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
