He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Angel and Eva Huss (Parker); his stepfather Ray Huss; his birth mother Mattie Tanner; his wife Brenda Angel (Hurst); and his brother Tony Allen Parker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Eva Bowen (David Hatfield) and Ashley Woody (Troy); his stepchildren, Nicole Burton (Kevin), Lisa Babb Williamson (Greg) and Todd Babb; his grandchildren, Eryn Trojanowski, Stephen Bowen, Evan Bowen, Kaylie Newbold, Mackenzie Woody, Haley Woody and Raegan Woody; and his stepgrandchildren, Vivian Scott (Austin), Miranda Burton, Abby Orr (Austin), Ally Rick and Maddie Babb. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
