She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Clayton and Margaret Ann McGowan (Grupe); her husband Robert A. Pergande, Jr.; and her sister Carolyn Sue McGowan. She is survived by: her children, Rickey Wayne Martin, Jr. (Trina), Amanda Burgess (Shannon), Brittany Smith (Nathan) and Todd Pergande (Lacey); her grandchildren, Dawson Martin, Hailey Martin, Audrey Anderson, Ava Anderson and Nick Anderson; and her siblings, Janet Hasse (Jimmy), Karen Hodge (Craig) and Mike McGowan (Donna). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Tammy's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
