She is survived by: her children, Laurie Whitnel (Brett) of Metropolis, Lana Foster of West Linn, OR and Ray Rice (Karen) of Luling, TX; her stepsons, Dennis Rice (Nancy) of Carrier Mills, IL and Steve Rice (Diane) of Carrier Mills, IL; her grandchildren, Seth Utsler, Phillip Whitnel, Matthew Rice, Christopher Whitnel, Brett Rice, Ronnie Rice, Ryan Rice, Corey Rice and Shawna Rice; and her siblings, Naomi Simmons, Linda Okerson, Mary Dalton, Betty McDowell, Shari Stevers and James Hobbs. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
