He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Wilkins and Barbara Wilkins (Robinson). He is survived by: his son Elijah Wilkins; and his siblings, Noel Wilkins II (Teresa) and Kimberly Baldwin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
