He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fitzpatrick and Edith Mae Fitzpatrick (Browning); his sister Rosetta Meadows; and his aunt Salene Yarbro. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Fitzpatrick (Williams); his daughters, Janet Owens (Charles Leon), Tryphonnia Amos (Robert Jr.), Johnna Kendall (Herman) and Sabrina Fitzpatrick; his grandchildren, Janay Thomas-Owens, Jordan Kelly (Lauren), Josh Kelly, Austin Kendall, Maya Fitzpatrick, Shae Kendall, Robin Moxey and Jazzmin Amos; and his siblings, Robert Fitzpatrick (Esther), Clara Mae Dabbs, Sharon Elaine Fitzpatrick, Deena Mansfield, Janice Allen (Elijah), Brenda Meadows (Jackie) and H. L. Browning (Pansy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
