He is survived by: his wife Brittany Kotter; his children, Brandon Kotter, Dustin Kotter, Melissa Kotter and Nolen Kotter; his grandchildren, Ashley Kotter, Katy English, Rebeka Kotter, Skye Kotter and Caleb Balderas; and his brothers, Rick Kotter (Mary) and Calvin Kotter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
