He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Bell and Violet Bell (Robinson); his wife Sherry J. Arnold (Melton); and his brother Edward Bell. He is survived by: his son Robert "Bobby" Arnold Jr. (Mary K. Williams); his grandchildren, Ashley Britton (Josh), Megan Arnold, Summer Brown (David) and Greg Baggs (Jenifer); and his siblings, Darlene Meyers, Shirley Stewart and James Bell (Jackie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
