He is survived by: his wife Pearlie Mae Meadows of Metropolis; his children, Monica Smith of Eldorado, Mena Michelle Atkinson of Metropolis, Roy Earl Meadows Jr. and Micheal Maurice Meadows of Oakland Township, MI; and his siblings, Mable Kaye Duffy of Mayfield, KY and Rev. Robert Meadows of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by Nine Grandchildren; Four Step-Grandchildren.
