It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rebecca Jaco of Metropolis, Illinois, who passed away on July 4, 2020, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Wayne Neill Sr. and Barbara Marie Bidwell. She is survived by: her husband James Wynn; her children, Victoria Harrington and Seth Harrington (Annette); her grandchildren, Ireland Harrington, Lillian Harrington, Thomas Harrington and Xavier Baker; her stepchildren, Thomas Harrington, Jessica Myrick, Heather Ehlers and James Wynn; her brother Bruce W. Neill Jr.; her nephew Bruce Neill III; and her aunt Yolanda Sue Blanton. She is also survived by 10 step grandchildren.
