We bid farewell to Randy Kaye Knapp of Metropolis, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 4, 2025 at the age of 72. Randy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Knapp and Louise Knapp (Mitchell). He is survived by: his sons, Daniel R. Knapp and Jesse David Knapp; his grandchildren, Blake Knapp, Brylee Knapp, Landon Knapp and Carter Knapp; his close friend Ruth Walenta; and his brothers, Larry Knapp and Clayton Knapp.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Stephens Lutheran Church (6874 Midway Rd, Metropolis, IL 62960). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
