He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Holt and Thelma Holt of Bardwell, KY; and his siblings, Betty and Bill. He is survived by: his wife Linda Medley Holt; his children, Jeff Holt, Lori Miller (John), Kacey Willis (Jed), Nathan English and Ashley Bowman (Brandon); and his grandchildren, Kalen, Jake, Dustin, Joseph, Lily, Lucas and Peyton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
