Peggy Bacon Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Bacon of Metropolis, Illinois, who passed away on February 2, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Troutt and Maude Troutt (Renfro); her husband John O. Bacon Sr.; and her siblings, June Tester, Clara O'Conner, Norma Jean Troutt, Patty Ann Troutt, Donald Troutt, Hershal Troutt, Jackie Troutt, Paul Troutt, Terry Troutt and William Troutt.
She is survived by: her children, John O. Bacon Jr. (Toni) of Ozark, IL, Nathan Bacon of Eldorado, IL, Sharon Windhorst (Everett) of Monte Vista, CO and Abilene McKnight (Paul) of Brookport, IL; her grandchildren, John O. Bacon III, Danica Hebert and Emily Windhorst; her great grandchildren, Natalie Hebert, John O. "Jeb" Bacon IV, Teagan Bacon and Madison Bacon; and her brother Dan J. Troutt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
