She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Forthman and Bessie Forthman (Pickett); her husband Larry Ray O'Brien; and her siblings, Ann Kennedy, Dorothy Brown, Betty Bonner, Murphy Forthman, Frank Forthman, William Forthman, Roger Forthman and Theodore Forthman.
She is survived by: her children, Joanie Vinson (Jerry) of Symsonia, KY, Larry L. O'Brien (Chris) of Marion, IA and Sharon Hodges (Michael) of Salem, KY; her grandchildren, Dylan Fort (Kaitlinn), Daniel Fort, Jacob Hunt (Marissa), Jordan Hunt (Julia) and Elizabeth Gilliland (Ty); her great grandchildren, Oliver Fort, Owen Fort, Harper Hunt, Elyse Gilliland and Mia Williams; her brother James Forthman (Sandy); and her close friends, Betty, Janice and Charlie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
