She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Irvin and Grace Elizabeth Henry (Tinsley); her husband Donald R. Tapley; and her siblings, Alice Bass, Jenny Wise, Dorothy Bass, Mary McClelland, Edith Miller, Wayne Henry, Lynn Edward Henry and Charles Henry.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Martin (Michael); her grandchildren, Zachary Martin (Tiffany) and Shelby Martin; her great grandchildren, Annie Martin and Shane Martin; and her sister Velma Corzine. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
