She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Schott and Frances Schott (Lance); and her significant other Rozendo Aguilar (Rozi). She is survived by: her children, Carl Max Staples (Shirley), Steven Staples (Michele), James Staples (Kristine), Jerald Staples and Donna Mason (Dave); her stepmother Alvera Schott; and her brothers, Ronald Sutliff and Morris A. Schott. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends.
