He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Rottmann and Shirley Rottmann (Sielbeck); his sister Teresa Kennedy (Mark); his aunts, Alfredia Horman, Peggy Anderson, Gaila Sielbeck, Kay Rottmann and Wilma Sielbeck; his sister-in-law Carolyn Fulgham; and his parents-in-law, Herman Fulgham, Sr. and Lorene Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Rottmann; his daughters, Stacey Bowles (Lester) and Brandi Stratmeyer (Matt); his grandchildren, Lyndsey Watson (Chris), Mason Stratmeyer and Mackenzie Stratmeyer; his sister Terry Barbato; his aunts and uncles, Paul Horman, Elgie Rottmann (Ann), Donald Rottmann, Stanley Sielbeck (Linda), Lee Sielbeck and Alan Sielbeck (Crea); his siblings-in-law, Herman Fulgham and Faye Cameron (Gary); and his mother-in-law Blanche Fulgham. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and many friends.
