He was predeceased by: his parents, John McCoy and Frieda McCoy (Hogg); his daughter-in-law Amber McCoy; and his siblings, Nancy Fleenor, James McCoy, Judith Sullivan, Robert McCoy, Patsy Turner, David McCoy and Fredrick Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha McCoy; his children, Laurinda Rideout (Jon), Lawrence McCoy (Casey), Patrick McCoy (Pamela) and Christopher McCoy; and his sisters, Gloria Briggs, Sandy Smith and Donna Burch. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
