He is survived by: his wife Rose Burnham (Fiorentini); his daughters, Lori Jody (Richard), Shannon Shelby (Tim) and Julie Bailey (Sterling); his grandchildren, Korey Shelby (Paige), McCall Adamson (Travis), Natalie Runkle (TJ) and Ansley Bailey; his great grandchildren, Jack, Lane Adamson and Wrenley Runkle; and his siblings, Linda Gilbert, Cheryl Underwood, Rita Barger, Norman Burnham, Dennis Burnham and Kenny Burnham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
