He was predeceased by: his father William Foreman; his stepfather Paul; and his brothers, Steve and Anthony Morris. He is survived by: his children, T. Me'Chelle Bradford of Paducah, KY, Teola L. Shannon of Metropolis, IL and Keith Nelson of Indianapolis, IN; his siblings, Paula Jones (Anthony) of Metropolis, Velinda Martin of Tennessee and David Morris (Leslie) of Indianapolis, IN; and his close friend Shelia McDonald. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
