Julie Jacobs Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2019, at the age of 56, Julie Jacobs (Metropolis, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Sumner and Merlene Sumner (Kreuter). She is survived by: her husband Rich Jacobs; her sons, Matthew Jacobs (Hailey) and Mason Jacobs (Colleen); her grandchildren, Harper, Sawyer and Palmer Jacobs; and her siblings, Rhonda Smyly (Wayne) and Todd Sumner (SuVonne). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given in Julie's name to American Brain Tumor Association.
