He is survived by: his sister Antonia Strubinger; his wife Wanda Jean Strubinger; his children, Janet R. (Clifton D. Finney) and Joseph Roy Strubinger III (Sandra Dean Strubinger); his grandchildren, Jason Finney, Kristen Finney, Rachel Couvillan (Adam), Andrew Strubinger (Kelly) and Ethan Strubinger; his niece Patty Zeller of Ohio; and his nephew Mike Spence of Ohio.
