He is survived by: his children, Linda Gurley (Gene), Larry Markus of Metropolis, Lee Markus of Metropolis and Lyle Markus (Angie) of Metropolis; his grandchildren, Ashlee Busclas (Marty) of Camp Lejeune, NC, Dane Markus of Metropolis and Lakin Markus of Metropolis; his stepgrandchildren, McKenzie Bruer (Jeremy) of Cunningham, KY, Ashley Rison (Corey) of Glendale, IL and Amber Volle of Paducah, KY; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jackson, Jarren, Jayden, Jerzie Bruer of Cunningham, KY and Thea Rison of Glendale, IL..
