He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bob Newberry and Cleta Hines. He is survived by: his wife Sarena Newberry of Metropolis; his parents, Jack Newberry (Juanita) of Metropolis and Kathy Steele (John) of Metropolis; his sisters, Amanda Steele of Metropolis and Misty York (Doug) of Atlanta, GA; his stepsister Kelly Finlay of Memphis, TN; his nephew John Keeghan Steele of Metropolis; and his grandparents, Lowell Ashford of Metropolis and Velma Ashford of Metropolis.
