He was predeceased by: his mother Jo Ann Skees; his stepfather Larry Metcalf; and his grandparents, James and Juanita Huckleberry (Singleton). He is survived by: his cousin Victor; his close friends, Jeff, Tim and Marcus; his wife Victoria Fults; his son Kevin Meier (Marisela); his siblings, John Fults of Paducah, Terri Underwood (George) of Brookport, Sherri Conners (Bill) of Metropolis and Tammy Trout of Louisville, KY; and also, Dave and Tracey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
