Worth and Jim Kappas (Holly) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; her siblings, Linda Jenkins of Boaz, Kentucky and Nelson Shelby of Paducah; her grandchildren, Whittney and Kelsey Kappas; and her stepgrandchildren, Cutter, Jeracho and Cullen Bryan.
