He was predeceased by: his parents, George S. Giltner and Elizabeth Giltner (Roberts); his grandsons, Robert and Noah; and his brother Raymond Earl Giltner.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Giltner (Ramsey); his sons, Bruce Giltner (Alyce) and Brian Giltner (Kim); his grandchildren, Neal, Alysha, Zachary and Madison Giltner; and his siblings, George A. Giltner, Charles Ray Giltner, Wilfred Giltner, Louis Leon Giltner, Preston Werner Giltner, Lillian Martha Bishop and Helen Victoria Kaylor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
