He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Burton and Charlotte Burton; and his sister Shirley Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Anita "Jo" Burton; his daughters, Chrystal Parker (Kerry) of Grand Chain and Staci Burton (Jay Collins) of Chicago; his granddaughters, Karly Burk (Drayke) and Katie Barfield (Jesse); his great grandchildren, Scarlett Burk and James Barfield; and his sister Charlotte Midnight (Chip). He is also survived by three nieces and one nephew.
