He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wallace and Grace Bell Hodge (Yackle); his daughter Teresa Hodge; and his siblings, Peggy Hodge, Jeanetta Proctor, Linda Johnson, Paul Hodge, LeRoy Hodge, Robert "Bob" Hodge, Richard Hodge and Billy Hodge.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Hodge; his children, Heather McManus (Patrick) and Dale Wayne Workman (Leah); and his brother Larry Hodge. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
