Jack Johnson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2025, at the age of 77, Jack Johnson of Metropolis, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Quintin Johnson and Dorothy Johnson; and his son Ryan Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his son Matt Johnson (Keri); his sister Linda Holman; his grandchildren, Cadence and Quintin Johnson; and his nieces, Diane Case and Gretta Rose.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Methodist Church (307 Massac Creek Rd, Metropolis, IL 62960). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be given in Jack's name to the Capital Campaign c/o First Methodist Church, 100 E. 5th Street, Metropolis, IL 62960.
