He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Alsip (Crayton) and William Herbert Alsip. He is survived by: his wife Sorrita of Metropolis; his sons, Jeremy Alsip of Metropolis and Jeffrey Alsip of Metropolis; his granddaughters, Sarah Bryant (Jeff, Jenica Alsip) and Morgan Alsip; his great grandchild Rebecca Drake; and his sisters, Lois Leach of DuQuoin, IL and Joyce Armour (Jeff) of Selmer, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
