He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold R. and Eleanor Olsen (Klement). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Olsen (Bunch) of Metropolis; his brothers, Mark Olsen (Karen) of Shaumburg, IL and Larry Olsen (Carol) of Addison, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Rickey Bunch (Karen) of Metropolis, Deanna Kreuter (Sonny) of Metropolis and Trena Brewer of Nashville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
