With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Grena Eickholz (Metropolis, Illinois), born in Alhambra, California, who passed away on February 22, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Union Dassing and Virgie Dassing (Kommer); her sister-in-law Joyce Dassing; and also Scarlett Burgett. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Eickholz and Kim Scott (Glenn); her grandchildren, Samuel Scott, Hannah Nutty (Evan) and James Burgett (Claire); her siblings, Janna Middleton (Michael), Jeannie Carr (Tim), Gary Dassing (Mary), Eric Dassing, Daryl Dassing (Laura) and Adrian Dassing; her aunts, Donna Culver, Margaret Pogue and Judy Kommer; and her close friend Harry Black. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
