He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Henry Frank Meyer and Margaret LaNell Meyer (House); and his parents-in-law, Mary Frances Elizabeth Holt (Blackburn) and John W. Holt. He is survived by: his wife Denise Meyer (Holt); his children, Chris Meyer (Kelly) and Tori Meyer Hoffman (Tyler); his granddaughter Riley Meyer; and his sister Linda Meyer Braam (George).
