He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda Stepter of Metropolis; his children, Tammie Wehrmeier (Lynn) of Brookport and Kevin Stepter of Metropolis; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Tyler, Dawson and Avy; his parents, William Stepter and Lillian Eckenberg Stepter Bradley; and his brother William Allen Stepter.
