He is survived by: his children, Jodi Searles, Darron Searles (Amy), Austin Searles and Tyler Searles (Bri); his grandchildren, Drake Stepter, Brooke Stepter, Carter Searles and Ella Searles; his great grandchildren, Colton Searles, Easton Searles and Riley Searles; his sisters, Ann Mitchell, Darlene Shelby (John) and Pam Bremer (Mitch); and his close friend Carmen Thompson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
