Evelyn Kay Street Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Evelyn Kay Street of Metropolis, Illinois, born in Anna, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 28, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Randall Eugene and Ruby Evelyn Denison (Jones); her husband Carlos Wayne "C. W." Street; her brother Randall Lee Denison; and her niece Misty Neumann.
She is survived by: her son Robert Street of Metropolis, Illinois; her grandchildren, Brittney Bradshaw (Tristan), Jared Street (Stacie), Dylan Street (Sierra) and Jordan Street; her great grandchildren, J. J., Gavin, Lily, Eden, Charlotte, Skylan, Sophia and Silas; her siblings, Jerry Denison of Kankakee, Illinois, Nyla Johnson of Bradley and Tammy Denison of Vienna, Illinois; and her daughter-in-law Deirdre Legereit of Metropolis, Illinois. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 10:30 AM. A graveside service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cana Cemetery.
