She was predeceased by: her parents, William Trehey and Dorothy Trehey; her husband Robert Lewis; and her sons, Patrick Lewis and Michael Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Lewis (Barbie) of Joppa, Shannon Root (Richard) of Metropolis, Cheryl Gilbert of Metropolis, Susan Anderson of Joppa, Shelley Lewis of Metropolis, Timothy Lewis of Metropolis and Tina Lawless of Burna, KY; and her sister Katherine Sohr of Glenview, IL. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
